The volumetric interventions were deliberately kept minimal, a stretched plinth with a modest extension above, preserving the site’s inherent strength to the fullest. The layout follows the logic of the place: parallel to the adjacent road, with a closed front façade ensuring privacy and an open rear that unfolds toward the landscape.

The architecture plays with contrasts, between open and closed, between exposure and shelter. Through the positioning of functions, the interplay of light and the choice of materials, a home emerges that does not dominate the landscape but enters into dialogue with it. The transition between interior and exterior is subtle yet tangible, an experience that translates into a sense of calm and spatial quality.
