For our own office in Kortrijk, we developed an interior concept driven by a single question: can a workspace accommodate everyone’s individual way of working? The answer lies in flexibility.

Everyone works differently. That’s why we created an adaptive environment that easily responds to diverse needs. The design fosters collaboration while also supporting moments of focus and quiet. This balance directly enhances efficiency and supports the work process.

 

Spatial quality emerges through the intelligent use of functional volumes. The design reinterprets familiar elements and deploys them in multifunctional ways. Can a sliding door also serve as a cabinet door? Absolutely—on the condition that circulation between zones is clear and efficient. Every scenario has been carefully considered, with attention to usability, experience, and aesthetics.

 

throughout the design process, we explored how a workplace can best contribute to the well-being and productivity of each team member. The result is a flexible layout with functional volumes that provide structure, enable privacy when needed, and maintain openness where desired.
