The depth articulation of the volumetric elements is deliberately applied in the floor plan and gives character to the streetscape. The entrance to the home is subtly emphasized through the architecture, featuring a closed front façade towards the street and an open rear façade towards the garden. At the same time, this volumetric depth ensures a smooth transition and a clear connection with the adjoining dwelling, creating a coherent and balanced residential environment.
